As women, our ability to enjoy physical intimacy depends on a number of complex biological functions. Daily stress, poor sleep, and even some of the medications we take everyday--like birth control or mental health meds--can mess with our libido and our enjoyment of physical touch. The result? Not only are we not in the mood, but our intimate experiences just aren’t that great.
Libby’s approach to this problem is three-fold: help the body handle stress so we can actually get in the mood, boost libido so we actually feel sexy, and boost microcirculation and nitric oxide production so we actually enjoy ourselves once we’re in the bedroom.
